No, it’s completely free. The goal is to understand your needs and situation to give you proper advice.
No, nothing is required. We can discuss everything during our call. If you want, you can already check which visa might suit you.
Depending on your language, you will speak with Nieilly, a Brazilian immigration lawyer, or Jason, your Belgian contact based in Maceió for over 7 years. Jason understands the basics of Brazilian visa law and refers more complex questions to Nieilly, then responds to you in your language.

2. We find the visa for you
- We send you an email detailing the visa that best fits your situation.
This visa is granted to people with a pension or stable passive income (minimum USD 2,000) who wish to live in Brazil. It allows you to settle in the country without the obligation to work or invest.
Income proof must be provided via bank statements or official certificates.
For those who invest in Brazil, whether in real estate (minimum BRL 700,000 in the Northeast, BRL 1,000,000 elsewhere) or a Brazilian company (minimum BRL 500,000, reduced to BRL 150,000 for startups and innovative projects).
This visa grants permanent residency for you and your family.
For foreigners hired by a Brazilian company for a position requiring specific skills.
It is generally temporary but can be renewed and converted into permanent residency after a few years.
If you have a spouse, child, or Brazilian parent, this visa allows you to obtain permanent residency without any investment or minimum income required.
For foreigners married to a Brazilian citizen. This visa allows permanent residency.
After four years of residence, it opens the right to Brazilian citizenship.
For citizens of countries in the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe, Equatorial Guinea, East Timor).
After a few years, this visa also grants access to Brazilian residency.
For remote workers or freelancers with foreign clients. Requires a minimum income of USD 1,500 per month or savings of USD 18,000.
Initially valid for one year, renewable once (maximum two years).

It depends on the visa, but the documents that are always required are the CPF, the passport, a recent proof of residence, and a birth or marriage certificate.
The CRNM (Carteira de Registro Nacional Migratório) is not required to obtain the visa.
However, the CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) is mandatory, and we can obtain it for you.

- Legal assistance
- Multilingual support (FR, NL, EN, PT)

- You will then receive your temporary visa, which, depending on the type, can later be converted into a permanent visa.
Not yet. According to Brazilian law, the first phase is temporary and allows you to apply for permanent residency afterward. This standard procedure applies to all relevant visa types.
No, you can collect it directly at the consulate in your country of residence.
Depending on the complexity of your file and your availability, processing can take between 1 and 3 months.
5. Obtaining your CRNM
- We schedule an appointment for your CRNM at the Federal Police in Brazil. You must go there in person.
The CRNM (Carteira de Registro Nacional Migratório) is the national registration number for foreigners in Brazil. It is a unique identifier for anyone legally living in Brazil, similar to a social security number.
It is used for all administrative procedures, such as obtaining a visa, opening a bank account, or signing contracts.
You will receive this number in Brazil after obtaining your temporary visa at the consulate in your country.
Important: This CRNM does not correspond to a permanent visa, which is only issued after a few years of temporary visa status.
Yes, you must go to the Federal Police in Brazil to collect it.
You have up to 1 year to enter Brazil, and then 30 days after arrival to report to the Federal Police.
The total time to receive it from that point can vary between 1 and 3 months depending on the city (for example, waiting times in São Paulo are longer than in smaller cities).
Yes, an address is required to determine the Federal Police office where you will collect your CRNM. It can be any reliable address, even that of a relative or friend.
