3. Contract signing & furniture purchasing
- Once the contract is signed and the quote approved, we launch the furnishing process.
- We manage the purchase of all furniture and equipment, the receipt of orders, as well as the coordination of contractors (painters, carpenters, installers, etc.).
- Thanks to our local network, we secure competitive prices and work only with reliable service providers to ensure fast and high-quality execution.
- You are kept informed at every stage, without having to intervene in the operational management.
We operate with full transparency on expenses.
Our fees are fixed and defined in advance (€25/m² for full project management of the furnishing).
In addition to these fees, a separate budget is established to cover all actual project costs (furniture, equipment, delivery, installation, labor).
These expenses are always:
- clearly detailed in a transparent quote
- approved by you before purchase
- supported by official receipts
Any unused amounts are refunded to you, and variations linked to the EUR / Brazilian real (BRL) exchange rate or local price changes are always clearly communicated.
